birds and my office!!

My office building has this effect to make birds fly and crash at the windows. So far in my working days here i have witness two birds died due to this problem. Its such a pity that they have to go like that right??

such a pity, some how i still trying to figure out how they lend up smashed up like above. DOnt ask me why i took pictures of them at their dead bed.
