Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur Hotel Review

Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Imbi.

Customer service:

The morning staffs are way friendlier and nicer compared to the night shift staffs. Besides that the other complying staffs we excellent.

Parking Facilities:
The space provide for parking was good, but the pathway to the parking area was really narrow and not that user friendly. Especially if parked in basement 3 & 4 then we had to walk up to basement 2 before we could there was any lift service. Parking charges was free for guest which was a plus point.

Guest Rooms:

All the rooms had a excellent view of Bukit Bintang area, the mini fridge was filled with many choices of drinks and there were variety selection of snacks. There were cable television, WI-FI facilities, irons were pre-provide, tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms. The toilets were clean and amenities provide were a good selection of products.

The amenities provided

Meals:

Breakfast was provided and it was excellent. Breakfast was served in a buffet style and the dining environment was good. Here you can pig-out like mad and dont have to bother cause then you can just head to the gym.

There is also live band performance at night in the lounge, the hotel also has a club called Mumbai its lower ground floor. There are also shopping, game arcade, gym and also swimming pool facilities.

I would recommend this as a place to live if you are looking for a place to stay in Bukit Bintang area. Its very convenient as the monorail (inter town light transit) is just in front, and all the main attraction are just walking distance from the hotel. The rates aren’t that expensive it’s affordable and matching.

I rate this hotel 4 Stars…..
