Birthday Mumbles

Ok so it 19 January 2012 and that time has come where I become one year older. The past year and coming into the near year I lost everything I was so familiar, comfortable and loved. But I believe it’s made me stronger by helping me be more matured and realized that I need to love myself and stop letting people step or take advantage of my kindness. Sometimes you got to lose the most important thing in your life at the moment in order to see the bigger picture and the flow will be natural. Its was naturally hard at the beginning and it hurt like hell but having friends and family that I could count on made a whole lot of different on how I handle the whole situation.

Love can be so blissful and then be a bitch that bites you till nothing is left but your bones and a crushed heart, but without love there will always be an empty void in you LIKE WTF!!!! Friends also play a very important role in life and make a whole lot of differents on everything that you so and about to do, I am thankful for all of my friends and what they have brought to my life.

I need to start making a list all of the things I want to do before I turn 30, and I got to make happened.

MY 25^th Birthday wish is to be treated like a princess for a week, to be free from pain and all the heartaches around me.

Raya Haji Celebration

Happy Raya Haji to all my readers, will update this very post with pictures of the dishes we are cooking to celebrate this occasion once i have it.

Our First Raya Open House

Last Saturday 3/10/2009 at 4.30 pm , For the very first time organize RAYA OPEN HOUSE. Before this we have planned many time but we didn’t go thru with it because of many reasons, but this year we didn’t plan all we did was on Tuesday we said let’s do open house this Saturday and it was a done deal. We planned what to cook and who to invite and what to wear and …and…and…many more and’s.

So on Wednesday we were at my Mums house till late, got home watched TV and crashed. Then on Thursday we went to do some shopping for some things, not grocery’s (read on you will know why I emphasized on this) and dinner and headed home. Then we went to my mum’s house, coz it was my Brothers birthday, came home around 11 plus and went to sleep. On Friday after work we headed straight to Giant to buy some groceries, just basic grocery and some other things. Hubby was like lets buy all the meat and chicken today so tomorrow we can start cooking early, and I was like no our fridge dose have much space to put all the thing’s in so we didn’t buy it.

We return home say around 11 plus, settled in and started to cook the Nasi Impit (Squash rice) as that was the longest cook and we can’t managed to cook it tomorrow as we need to use all the stove. So we began at 11.30 pm and the rice finally finish cooking at 2.30 am, and we straight hop in bed to catch up on sleep. The next day we woke up around 8 am and got ready to start the day with breakfast at mamak before heading to Sri Rampai market to buy all the groceries. We reached the market at 9 am but it wasn’t open yet, we were already worried can we finish cooking everything in time?. The place finally open at 9.30 we rush in did some very express shopping I tell you, we have never done anything like this before.

After shopping and paying it was around 11.00 am, we had to make one quick stop at Carrefour to get something badly. By the time we done shopping and making our way home its was about 11.30 am. As soon as reach home I dint look left or right straight to the kitchen and I started to began cooking, in all this I send hubby over to mummy place to send the groceries we help her buy due her broken leg. Hubby had to do all the running around, like go and buying some last minutes stuff. Hubby arrived home around 1 plus and helped me clean the house a bit her and there, stock up the KUIH RAYA into the serving glasses.

Now it’s already 2.30 pm still carrying on with the cooking, and Zezey is supposed to come unfortunately she could make due to helping her mum with their catering order. Then I was still rushing and cooking all my dishes, around 3.30pm we finally finished cooking and cleaning the kitchen. This was also after pushing Fairul to come later the arranged time that was 3.00 pm, Fairul came along with the twins Alicia and Alexis my favorite twins around 4.00 pm. He unfortunately they could not try my shepherd’s pie caused haven’t prepared it yet, but we managed to stuff them with food till they could eat any more. I was actually quiet happy since I have not lepak (hanged out) with them in ages, after an hour plus they left for karaoke session if I am not wrong.

As soon as they left we did some cam whoring sessions before, changing back into our cooking clothes to finished the rest of the cooking. Our next guest was Karni & Husband, they arrive just after 7.30 pm plus. They were the first ones to enjoy my shepherds pie’s and the new batch of food, shortly after they arrived Violet (my collogue) arrived as well. So we all sat down and enjoyed our dinner together. We also managed to cam whore with all our guest after dinner as a memoir, then as Karni left Noe & Spouse arrived. They arrived around 10 plus, and we got them to eat first as it was already late so violet joined them for second round.

After violet left, I send down some food for the guards and when up straight away. We all watched some cooking show about the battles among chefs. Then we had a small photo shot of Noe and Spouse, after they left it was around 1.30 am. So we did some cleaning and turn in to sleep around 2.00 am plus.

James's Birthday Celebration

Last week there was two people's birthday in my office James and Max. So it was like a birthday fiesta in the office. For James birthday no one was aware of it till his wife sends a cake to the office, when we actually realized it. But being us all the hyper people we all just gather around him and his cake and sang Happy Birthday song, took pictures and ate his so beautiful cake. His cake was so beautiful I tell you until I was like can we not cut it hhahhah... We felt a bit bad thou cause we didn't buy the cake for him yet we all dag in. So here are some pictures.

Hip! Hip! 2009

I would like to apologize I know this post is long over due the date, but I will still write so people who read my blog to catch up with my life and on going activities will be updated. So here it goes short, simple and nice.

Let’s see how I am going to summarize the year 2008, a lot has definitely happened in my life. For starters let begin with my relationship with the most wonderful person on earth hubby, it’s been so wonderful and I won’t trade anything in the world for what I have with hubby. Secondly is I have started studying again and its going to go on for another 3 years more. Then we moved from Johor to Kuala Lumpur, moved in to a better place then what we had in Johor. Yeah we also went to Bali, Indonesia for holiday. Next I am currently jobless and been looking for a job like mad but still no luck so guys pray for me ok.

But to tell all of you guys we both have learned so much for our life together and as an individual then the other 2 years we been together. The year 2008 has brought so much of meaning in our life’s, not to say the other two year was bad, its was excellent and wonderful but 2008 there was something special to it. As people say something new and good always will come in a building and solid relationship to help make it stronger and stronger, and now I truly believe in it. *cheers*


Other then 2008, I have planned to make 2009 the best ever. I just need to make a lot of changes in my life in other words be better then I was before. Anyhow I guess that all for now, happy 2009 even thou it’s a bit late. * Hip! Hip! Hip! Hooray!!!* cheers *

As for me weekend was extremely good

got to spend some quality time with hubby boo

and had so much of fun playing in the rain.. :) even thou

we didn't intend to do so...We had to attend a wedding on Saturday afternoon and

it was raining so heavily. So go figure we entered the hall soaking wet hahahah...

35 hours away from now. Is my payday..

quiet some time now, so maybe I will go there for dinner
and maybe drag my mum along so she can pay for dinner
*nah just kidding* :p heheh. See how bad I sound,
but actually I am not alright!! yummy.....
can drool all over the food just thinking of it. :p

I bet all you guys who have partners look forward to the evening plans that is installed. As for the singles you guys would have had a single day out or some sort I guess.

Anyway let me share to you guys what dose love mean to me.

Love is all about having that some one who is always there for you thru your up and downs, that some one who will hold you hand when you feel down, lonely, sad, happy or even at the worst moment of your life. Some one is always there when you need some one to talk to, share problem and even talk nonsense. Some one who gives you encouragement and support in all you do. Someone who manages to make you laugh, cry and makes you miss him/her within minutes apart for each other. Some one who accepts you just the way you are with no exception. Some one who make you feel love, comfort and peace by just being with him/her. Some one who takes care of you when you sick, I mean even when you’re at the dead bed him/her will be there till the very end. Some who is not selfish, cares to take the times to discuss thing so it become a win – win situation.

As for me I have managed to gain all that, but as people say not every human is perfect people do make mistakes at time and we learn how to forgive and forget. That is what really makes a relationship perfect. Nothing actually can describe the feeling of being in love and having that some one love back just as much its beyond words.

Hubby this post is for you, thank's for always being all that for me.

Hey y'all its finally here my 21st birthday, cant believe it.

It was like just yesterday i was celebrating my sweet 16th birthday

yesterday with my homies.

Really still cant believe it I am all grown up and now I am so

legal to do anything and everthing I want,

I can go to place where it is stated 21 years and above only without

any fear hehhe :p. hell yea I am so loving it ;).

Deepavali…

Last thus was deepavali, so one of my colleague Merina invited me over to her place. We went there for late lunch. The food was excellent and yummlious, actually nothing much to write because we did really do anything much on that day.

RAYA blues with hubby .....

It was raya eve and we all were stuck in the kitchen helping to prepare all the ingredients. We cut this and that, blending this and that, washing plates after plates and mopping the house. Basically we did everything we were supposed to do to make sure everything was going as planned.


We managed to finished all the pre-cooking by 1 am, before we all turned in to sleep. We were so tired our whole body was aching(how nice if we had the ogawa massage chair at home). Serious it like we been working since morning and came back home stared 2nd shift, without any rest owh well.


The following day we all woke up a bit late then we were supposed to, and stared to cook. By the time everything was finished we had a shower and "the salam ceremony", after all that I followed Hubby and family to the grave to visit the deceased as its their culture.


After all that was the baest part eating all the yummy-lious food. We had Ayam Masak Merah, Rendang, Ketupat,Nasi impit, Lontong, Ayam Masak Kicap, and lots more I cant even remember. Then as usual we had guest over at our place.

After lunch hubs and me and a mission to go and find Almond London which is my favorite cookie during raya, we search high and low for it. We didn't find it till Raya 4, we managed to get from larkin bus station. How happy was I hmmm....you had to see it on your own. Amount of time and energy spend to get the cookie was paid off, thank goodness.

The rest of the raya days was spend by cleaning up, washing up and cooking for guest that kept on coming. And don't even bother asking about duit raya hampeh didn't even get any, of course I am an adult I should be the one giving.

First up I would like to wish all my MUSLIM friends SELAMAT HARI RAYA . Hope you guys have a blast celebrating it. As earl as last week all the small kids have started to play fireworks and putting up small little lamps around their houses. Its so beautiful cause the house lights up as well.

Hopefully I will be invited to some of my friends houses to eat....can wait yummy...

Really can’t say much about this topic, but if to speak generally. I think mother plays an important role in our life, so should we rite?

Mother’s are such a beautiful gift from god, such a blessing for us. They are generally loving, caring and forgiving. If something is wrong their motherly in stings are strong, they can sense even without being told.

Yea yea they also aren’t an angel all the time, sometimes they tend to be such an annoyances and a drag brag. They can go on nagging and nagging without feeling tired or feed up, I wonder why they must do that.

No matter what they do so how we find ways to forgive and love them unconditionally, see they even have a magical power in them that makes us soft towards them. I guess that what makes all mothers special.

Happy mother’s day mummy, thanks for everything you have done for me and brought me up with everything I need. I love you mummy.
